The invention relates to a screw-type hiller. According to the invention, an engine part, a speed-changing and steering control part, a hilling working mechanism, and a manual operation part are arranged on a chassis bracket part. A power transmission part is connected with the engine part and the speed-changing and steering control part. The speed-changing and steering control part is connected with a crawler travelling part and the hilling working mechanism. In the hilling working mechanism, a left hilling tool assembly has a same structure with a right hilling tool assembly, and the left hilling tool assembly and the right hilling tool assembly are symmetrically arranged on two ends of a bracket assembly relative to a hilling transmission shaft. A hilling transmission is arranged on the bracket assembly. A left transmission box and a right transmission box are connected with the hilling transmission through transmission connection shafts. The hilling working mechanism is positioned between two ridges. Through the hilling transmission shaft, the hilling transmission drives hilling blades to convey bottom soil between ridges to ridge tops with a screw conveying manner. A function of clearing up weeds on the ridges is also achieved. A working device transmission function is integrated in the speed-changing and steering control part, such that the total weight of the hiller can be reduced. Gear shift can be realized during travelling. The operation is simple, and energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
