The invention discloses a three-party recognizable management system for public transport, which comprises a driver cell phone, a passenger cell phone, a vehicle device and a management center, wherein the driver cell phone is bound with the management center; the vehicle device stores the vehicle information of a vehicle and can read the information of a driver and a passenger and send the information to the management center automatically; the management center stores the information of the driver, which is used for comparing and confirming the identity information of the driver read by the vehicle device; the management center can also store the information of the passenger read by the vehicle device and send the information of the driver and the vehicle to the passenger to facilitate the passenger to confirm whether the information of the driver and the vehicle is correct or not; and the vehicle device exchanges data with the management center through a network or by communication. Compared with the prior art, the three-party recognizable management system has the advantages that a taxi, the driver and the passenger can be identified, the benefit of the passenger is protected, and the safety of the driver is enhanced, so that the taxi industry is managed effectively.
