The invention discloses a tower body joint structure of a tower crane. Each tower body joint comprises four vertical main cords; two adjacent main cords are connected by diagonal web members and transverse web members; the end part of each main cord is provided with a fastening structure connected with the end part of the adjacent main cord; the fastening structure comprises a rabbet, an upper butt joint sleeve, a lower butt joint sleeve, an upper ear plate and a lower ear plate; a joint plate is welded on the main cord; the end parts of the diagonal web members and the transverse web members are welded to the joint plate. The tower body joint structure is used for fastening and connecting adjacent upper and lower main cords by the fastening structures; the connecting intensity of the tower body joint is reinforced by three modes of the rabbet, a fastening screw rod and an insertion bar, and the mechanical intensity and the operation safety of the tower crane are ensured.
