The invention discloses a passenger elevator with novel counterweight fillers. The passenger elevator with the novel counterweight fillers comprises the elevator counterweight fillers, wherein each elevator counterweight filler comprises a main body structure (1); a projection structure (10) is arranged at an end of each main body structure (1); a concave and convex structure (11) is arranged at the other end of each main body structure (1); each projection structure (10) is provided with a positioning hole (7); each concave and convex structure (11) is provided with a fixing hole (8); and through grooves (6) are formed in the front surface and the rear surface of each main body structure (1). By the passenger elevator with the novel counterweight fillers, requirements on change of an elevator car and dead weight capacity can be met, displacement of the elevator counterweight fillers is overcome, and collision sound produced between the elevator counterweight fillers is avoided. Moreover, the passenger elevator is quite convenient to produce, carry, mount and maintain.
