The invention relates to an elevator wire rope non-slip unit comprising a rope sheave and a pair of compressing wheels. The compressing wheels provided at a rope exit include a first compressing wheel and a second compressing wheel. The elevator wire rope non-slip unit further comprises a third compressing wheel and a fourth compressing wheel. The peripheral face of each compressing wheel is provided with a compressing structure raised; the outer end face of each compressing structure is provided with an arc compressing face. The peripheral face of the rope sheave is provided with a sheave groove. The third compressing wheel is disposed at a rope entry. The fourth compressing wheel is disposed at a point of tangent line to the rope groove having an included angle with a vertical line. Frictional pressure of a wire rope with the sheave groove is further increased, the rope sheave bears pressure evenly, and the compressing wheels help prevent the wire rope from sliding in the sheave groove; during the first time of passing the wire rope, the compressing wheel at the tangent position of the rope entry can be caught just by inserting a head of the wire rope into an elevator, the rope is then passed to every compressing wheel till being completely fed out of the rope exit of the elevator, and chances that the wire rope stacks at the rope exit are slimmed.
