The invention discloses a moon landing high ladder, which comprises a mooring rope, a mooring rope constraint body and a mooring rope hook; the near-moon end of the mooring rope is fixed to the surface of the moon through the mooring rope constraint body; the near-earth end of the mooring rope extends to upper space from the earth surface, and the end part of the mooring rope is provided with the mooring rope hook; the mooring rope moves around the earth along with the moon; when the near-earth end of the mooring rope gets close to the earth, an object is loaded or exchanged on the mooring rope hook by a 1.5Mach aircraft or rocket. According to the moon landing high ladder, an earth object and a moon object can be lifted to enter the outer space by directly utilizing the kinetic energy of the moon, and the convective transport of the objects between the earth and the moon can be realized; instead of a rocket launching spacecraft, the moon landing high ladder has the characteristics of being energy-saving and environmentally friendly; the invention reveals three forms of 'micro-energy consumption space transport principle', and the great discovery, i.e., the micro-energy consumption space transport principle, can necessarily play an important role in the field of future space.
