The invention discloses a magnetic-levitation flywheel rotor magnetic assembly mechanism. The mechanism comprises a base, a Z-direction motor drive mechanism, a Y-direction drive mechanism, an X-direction sliding rail, a Y-direction sliding rail and a Z-direction sliding rail. The X-direction sliding rail is arranged on the base, and a left centre, a support, an X-direction sliding block and a right centre which are capable of moving along the sliding rail are arranged on the X-direction sliding rail from the left to the right successively. The Y-direction sliding rail is arranged on the side of the X-direction sliding rail, and a Y-direction sliding block is arranged on the Y-direction sliding rail. The Z-direction sliding rail is arranged on the side of the Y-direction sliding block, and a Z-direction sliding block is assembled on the Z-direction sliding rail. The Y-direction sliding block and the Z-direction sliding block are capable of moving along the X-direction sliding rail along with the X-direction sliding block, and the Z-direction sliding block is capable of moving along the Y-direction sliding rail along with the Y-direction sliding block. According to the mechanism, a drive mechanism with a lead screw, which is connected with the sliding blocks, is arranged, so that the Y-direction and X-direction displacement of a gyro case is adjusted accurately, the high-accuracy magnetic assembly requirement of the flywheel rotor component is met, and the mechanism assembly error can be overcome.
