The invention discloses a locking and opening mechanism for a hatch cover of an unmanned aerial vehicle. A soft rope penetrates through a hanging ring of a soft rope hanging and tightening device, and then penetrates through an electrical-explosion cutter; after being tightened, the two ends of the soft rope respectively penetrate into end connecting devices; the hatch cover is fixed on a rope cover connector by virtue of a bolt, so that the hatch cover is closed and fixed. When the hatch cover needs to be opened for ground maintenance, the bolt is screwed off and a separating ejector pin is used for automatically ejecting the hatch cover to be opened; when the hatch cover needs to be opened during flight, the electrical-explosion cutter is controlled to cut off the soft rope, so that the connection between the soft rope suspending and tightening device and the rope cover connector is relieved, the hatch cover is ejected to be opened by the separating ejector pin, and the hatch cover and the rope cover connector fly away from aerial vehicle under the gas flow impact.
