The invention discloses a buffering anti-collision structure of an electric vehicle rear axle. The buffering anti-collision structure comprises a balancing pole arranged between a rear axle casing and a vehicle frame. The buffering anti-collision structure is characterized in that a lateral collision preventing buffering device is further arranged between the rear axle casing and the vehicle frame. The lateral collision preventing buffering device comprises a lower fixed plate vertically fixed on the rear axle casing and further comprises two buffer springs located on the two sides of the lower fixed plate. The buffer springs are spiral springs, the two ends of the buffer springs respectively act on the lower fixed plate and the vehicle frame, the balancing pole comprises a balancing pole lower section connected to the rear axle casing and a balancing pole upper section connected to the vehicle frame, and a buffering spring is connected between the balancing pole lower section and the balancing pole upper section. The buffering anti-collision structure can relieve automobile lateral impact force, improve automobile safety and further have the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient and quick to install and working stably and reliably.
