To provide a rear fuel tank supporting structure for a saddle-ride type vehicle capable of efficiently ensuring support force for a fuel tank while suppressing an increase in weight of a monocoque rear frame. A rear frame is provided with right and left side panel parts, and an upper cross part provided between upper parts of the right and left side panel parts, a rear fuel tank is a resin tank molded to have a bent surface with a boundary between a lateral surface part and a bottom surface part of the rear fuel tank bent, and the bent surface of the rear fuel tank is fastened and fixed to the side panel parts while an upper part of the rear fuel tank is fastened and fixed to the upper cross part.
