The main wing of an aircraft is generally made of a metallic member such as aluminum alloy. The metallic structure has a secondary function of electrical grounding. To reduce weight and increase strength of the wing, composite materials (such as carbon-fiber-reinforced-plastic) are used. However, this can result in resin layers that are non-conductive. The wing may therefore lose its secondary function. The present invention discloses a carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic structure comprising a conductive layer laminated and formed on a carbon-fiber prepreg; and a jumper formed of a conductor which penetrates through the conductive layer and the carbon-fiber prepreg, wherein the conductive layer is formed on a surface of the carbon-fiber prepreg, the jumper is electrically connected to the conductive layer, and an electronic device is electrically connected to the conductive layer.
