The present disclosure relates to the field of trailer jacks, and in particular to a trailer jack connecting seat. The trailer jack connecting seat comprises a fixing plate, a rotating shaft rotatably mounted on the fixing plate, a torsion spring connected between the fixing plate and the rotating shaft, a positioning sleeve fixedly connected to the fixing plate and configured to support the rotating shaft, and a limit pin inserted into the rotating shaft and the positioning sleeve. The torsion spring mounted on the trailer jack connecting seat can rotate with the rotating shaft and a trailer jack. During the deployment of the trailer jack, the torsion spring transforms gravitational potential energy of the trailer jack into its elastic potential energy, so that the rotation speed and impulse of the trailer jack are reduced to avoid a safety risk of impact. During the retraction of the trailer jack, the torsion spring transforms its elastic potential energy back into the gravitational potential energy of the trailer jack, so as to reduce the user's work to overcome the weight of the trailer jack and make the retraction of the trailer jack more labor-saving with good user experience.
