In the present invention, a dump truck is provided with a control device and a DC-DC converter that outputs electric power to an electric power converter. When switching power supply source for an electric motor from a battery to an overhead wire, the control device operates the DC-DC converter in an overhead wire connection stabilization standby state, and then operates the DC-DC converter in a power feed switch processing state. When switching power supply source for the electric motor from the overhead wire to the battery, the control device switches the state of the DC-DC converter, which is being operated in a power control state, so as to be operated in a voltage control state from the power control state, and, after operating the DC-DC converter in a first overhead wire disengagement preparation state in which the output current to be outputted to the electric power converter is limited to zero, operates the DC-DC converter in a second overhead wire disengagement preparation state in which the output current to be outputted from the DC-DC converter to the electric converter increases toward a target value.
