A multi-shaft electric control steering hydraulic system, employing a first steering proportional control valve (3), a second steering proportional control valve (4), and a vehicle-mounted controller (7), wherein the opening of a valve port is controlled by controlling a current value through the vehicle-mounted controller (7), so that the phenomenon of turning angles of an electric control shaft I and an electric control shaft II being asynchronous due to uneven and irrational flow distribution of the electric control shaft I and the electric control shaft II is avoided, and synchronous steering of the electric control shaft I and the electric control shaft II is ensured. The abnormal abrasion of a tire caused by asynchronous steering of the electric control shafts is avoided, and the turning angles of the electric control steering shafts are matched under the condition of an idle speed or a low rotation speed of an engine. Further disclosed is a flow matching control method.
