The present invention relates to the technical field of ships. Disclosed are a swing-type wing plate structure providing a hull with buoyancy, and a hull having the wing plate structure. The hull comprises a hull main body, wherein the hull main body has vertical structures on two sides and has inclined plates at the front and back. Two ends of each of the vertical structures on the two sides extend out of the inclined plates at the front and back of the hull main body, and lower ends of the vertical structures extend out of the bottom of the hull main body. Placement slots are provided in the two sides of the hull main body, and vertically arranged gantries are arranged in the placement slots. Two sides of each gantry are provided with vertical sliding rails, and a sliding plate is slidably connected to the vertical sliding rails. First hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the gantries, piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinders are connected to the sliding plates, wing plates are arranged on the sliding plates, and ends of the wing plates extend out of the two sides of the hull main body. The effects of waves are reduced by means of the vertical structures on the two sides of the hull main body, and, when a ship reaches a certain speed, the wing plates are unfolded and come into contact with the water surface, and the wing plates are lifted by using a water flow, thereby increasing the buoyancy of the hull main body and the speed of the ship.
