A cooling structure of an integrated electric drive system and an integrated electric drive system. The cooling structure comprises a motor assembly (1); the motor assembly (1) comprises a rotary shaft (15) and a cooling pipe (16) provided with an inner hole (161); the rotary shaft (15) is provided with a mounting hole (151) in which the cooling pipe is inserted; an annular water channel (17) is formed between an outer wall of the cooling pipe (16) and an inner wall of the mounting hole (151); and the inner hole (161) and the annular water channel (17) are constructed as a rotor cooling water channel (12).
