A REAL-TIME ROAD TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM IN AHILLY The present invention discloses a real-time road temperature monitoring system in a hilly area using LoRa and internet. This system provides Long Range (LoRa) communication enabled road monitoring node which consists of a passive road temperature sensor and a weather information sensor for sensing the environmental and road condition in hilly areas for safe journey. The system provides cloud server assisted real-time monitoring of the road status in the hilly areas through internet. Solar powered power supply in the road monitoring node provides less power consumption and cost-effective.
