An electric winch structure mainly includes a power unit, reducer, drive rod, seat, friction ring, first friction plate, second friction plate, one-way bearing, first bearing, second bearing and rope take-up device. With the 5 above components, the power unit is started to rotate to drive the reducer, then drive the drive rod to start rotating, and drive the rope take-up device connected to the drive rod to start rotating together to cause a steel rope on the rope take-up device to be wound up. With the reducer, the rotating speed of the power unit can be reduced and the torque can be increased. When the 10 power unit is stopped rotating, the friction ring will then be engaged with the one-way bearing so as to prevent the rope take-up device from being reversely rotated, thereby increasing the overall transmission efficiency, and achieving a self-locking effect at the same time.
