Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, a server, and a computer program for collision accident prevention, wherein: on the basis of data on a three-dimensional space corresponding to a caution zone, the movement of each of at least one pedestrian in the caution zone and at least one vehicle in the caution zone is predicted; on the basis of each predicted movement, the degree of risk of collision between the at least one pedestrian and the at least one vehicle is determined; and a message corresponding to the determined degree of risk of collision is provided to the at least one vehicle.
