The clutch mechanism (100) comprises a sliding block (14), wherein the sliding block (14) can be accommodated in a radial spacing between a first end shaft (1) and a second end shaft which are coaxially arranged and radially spaced, and is configured to translate along an axial direction of the first end shaft (1) and the second end shaft, so that the first end shaft (1) and the second end shaft are decoupled or coupled; and a driving component used for driving the sliding block (14) to translate along the axial direction of the first end shaft (1) and the second end shaft.
