Disclosed is a battery module unit, comprising multiple first supports which are sequentially stacked and multiple cells, the first support comprising a support body, cells on one side of a first fixing support forming a first cell group, and cells on the other side of the first fixing support forming a second cell group; a connecting structure member, provided on one end of multiple support bodies. The first fixing support is provided with a fixing member, the fixing member is fixed on the side wall of the connecting structure member, so that the connecting structure member and the first fixing support are fixed in a first direction, and the first direction is a stacking direction of multiple first supports. The first cell group and the second cell group are symmetric about symmetric central axes of multiple first fixing supports or about the symmetric central axis of the first fixing support, so that the cells evenly expand along the first direction. Also disclosed are a battery module comprising the battery module unit, an energy storage system, and an electric vehicle.
