A system for changing work tools on a loading crane is disclosed comprising a first coupling member (1) on one side with a receiving opening (4) and a second coupling 5 member (2) on the other side with a guide member (21). The guide member can be made to engage with the receiving opening (4) of the first coupling member (1) by moving the first coupling member (1) and the second coupling member (2) toward each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis (20), with the first coupling member (1) comprising a support surface (11) for axially abutting the second coupling member (2) and with the 10 second coupling member (2) comprising a bearing surface (27) complementary to the support surface (11). The system includes at least one locking element (32) which can be moved by means of a drive (30, 31, 32) between a disengaged position and a retaining position. The locking element (32) has a clamping surface (34) for frictionally abutting the first coupling member (1) and the first coupling member (1) has an abutment surface 15 (13) complementary to the clamping surface (34) for zero-play axial clamping of the first and second coupling members.
