Abstract The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforced flattened bamboo composite plate for car floor and its manufacturing method, which comprises the following process steps: 1) Bamboo flattened for veneer extension; 2) Hot pressing and drying; 3) Sanding the surface; 4) Dipping the carbon fiber; 5) Sizing and assembling; 6) Cold press solidifying; 7) Maintenance. The invention has the advantages as follows: 1) The bending resistance and impact toughness of the product are improved, the problem that the defect of insufficient mechanical properties of the traditional bamboo car floor can be effectively solved, so as to obtain the lightweight of the car body material. 2) It can effectively improve the utilization rate of flattened bamboo plates and broaden the application fields of bamboo products, which corresponds to the call of national energy conservation and environmental protection, and make use of the renewable and recycling characteristics of biomass materials to design, which is in line with the design concept ofnew energy vehicles. 3) The manufacturing method improves the traditional process, ensures the product quality, it avoids bubbling and delamination in the hot pressing process, which can reduce the energy consumption in the production process, and achieve the effects of energy saving and emission reduction.
