The present invention relates to an IOT enabled foot operated two wheeler steering mechanism for handicapped persons. The object of the present invention is that handicapped people can drive the bike independently and go anywhere with the help of this foot operated bike without hands. This mechanism comprises rope drive (104) mechanism for operating the steering, when the steering pedal is pressed by the driver, the rope which is mounted on large pulley (101) rotated around that large pulley, in this way it transfers the motion of the steering to the wheel either left or right side of the bike.
