Provided are a material broadcast sowing device, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a material broadcast sowing method. The material broadcast sowing device comprises a material picking device (1), a material receiving device (2), a feeding device (3) and a controller (4); the material picking device (1) comprises a housing (110) having an upper opening (1101) and a lower opening (1102) and material picking wheels (18) located at the lower opening (1102) and driven by a driving member (15) to rotate, the upper opening (1101) being in communication with a material box, and a material picking cavity (181) for accommodating materials being provided on the material picking wheels (18); the controller (4) is electrically connected to the driving member (15); and the material receiving device (2) is located below the material picking wheels (18) and in communication with the feeding device (3), and materials in the material picking cavity (181) enter the feeding device (3) for broadcast sowing. The material broadcast sowing method precisely controls material broadcast sowing in combination with flight state information about an unmanned aerial vehicle and preset broadcast sowing parameters, thereby improving the broadcast sowing effect of materials.
