The disclosure discloses an industrial robot overhaul and maintenance device, which includes an overhaul stand, wherein a bottom of the overhaul stand is welded with a supporting frame, an inner side of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, a shear-type lifting platform is fixedly mounted on a top of the mounting plate, and penetrates through the overhaul stand, two sides of the overhaul stand are both fixedly connected with a first hinge base, one side of the first hinge base is hinged with a hydraulic cylinder, one end of the hydraulic cylinder far away from the first hinge base is fixedly connected with a second hinge base, an expansion plate is hinged to a back face of the overhaul stand, and is fixedly connected with the second hinge base, and a front face of the overhaul stand is provided with a driving groove. The disclosure solves the problems that a maintainer needs to walk back and forth during overhaul since a robot is difficult to move, and the robot cannot be placed on the stand when the overhauled robot is large in a size since an area of the overhaul stand cannot be changed, which affects overhaul.
