The present invention is provided with: an image acquisition unit 11 configured to acquire a captured image G of a route R, A2; an image-based aircraft type identification unit 21 configured to identify the type of an aircraft P on the route R, A2 on the basis of appearance data of an aircraft Q in the image G acquired by the image acquisition unit 11, and on the basis of specified aircraft appearance samples that are pre-associated with aircraft types; and a flight history storage unit 45 configured to store image aircraft type information identified by the image-based aircraft type identification unit 21.
