Abstract The invention relates to a secure communication method of integrated distributed electric vehicle controllers. According to the communication method, a gateway is configured in an electric vehicle controller network, vehicle-mounted electric control units in the electric vehicle controller network are connected with the gateway to constitute integrated distributed architecture for communication with an external network, and a first white 5 box encryption algorithm is built in the gateway to encrypt data packet transmission among the vehicle-mounted electric control units in real time. By adoption of the secure communication method provided by the present invention, the data information transmission among the vehicle-mounted electric control units can be monitored and controlled in real time, the white box breaking and decoding of sensitive driving information and keys are effectively defended, and the security of data transmission is improved.
