Disclosed is an on-line inspection rail device for a train wheel, comprising base rails (1), working rails (2), guard rails (3) and a transducer inspector (4). A section is cut off the symmetric base rails (1), a section of working rail (2) transitions into and is spliced outside the base rails (1) for bearing a train wheel; a section of guard rail (3) transitions into and is spliced near the inside of the base rails (1) for preventing a wheel rim from derailing, and the transducer inspector (4) and a sensor thereof are placed in the area of the space of the spliced working rail (1) and guard rail (3); and the transducer inspector (4) performs automated inspection by means of connection to a data collection and processing system such as an external computer. The present invention is low cost, can quickly detect flaws, and has excellent inspection effects.
