Provided is a seat opening and closing structure for a saddled vehicle, the seat opening and closing structure having reduced cost and being configured simple to make the saddle vehicle more convenient to use. A seat hinge (31) comprises a vehicle body-side hinge (51A) which is provided on the vehicle body side, and also comprises a seat-side hinge (52) which is pivotally provided to the vehicle body-side hinge (51A) through a hinge pin (55). The seat-side hinge (52) is provided with a protrusion (52h) extending toward the vehicle body-side hinge (51A). The vehicle body-side hinge (51A) is provided with a plate spring (64) comprising a top section (64a) with which the protrusion (52h) can come to in contact. When opening a seat, the protrusion (52h) moves over the top section (64a) of the plate spring (64). As a result, the seat-side hinge (52) is supported by the plate spring (64), and the seat is maintained in an opened state.
