Disclosed is a fibrous composite frame (10), comprising at least one frame unit (11). The frame unit (11) comprises two members (20), and at least one rod body (12) which is formed by connecting the two members (20). Each member (20) is provided with a foaming body (30) made of a foaming material, and a fibrous composite outer layer (40) which is coated outside the foaming body and is made of a fibrous composite. The fibrous composite outer layer (40) is provided with a junction surface (42), the two members (20) are fixedly connected to each other by means of the junction surfaces (42) of the fibrous composite outer layers (40) thereof, and the two members (20) are symmetrical to each other in shapes in essence by using the junction of the two members (20) as a centre. Therefore, the fibrous composite frame has a low weight, is difficult to break, and easy to manufacture. In addition, the fibrous composite of the frame can be arranged in a relatively easy and dense way.
