The aim of the present invention lies in making it possible to retain the path of a wire while said wire is covered, and achieving the same at a reduced cost. A corrugated tube equipped with a path-retaining member is provided with a corrugated tube and a path-retaining member. Annular protrusions and annular recesses are alternately formed in the lengthwise direction of the corrugated tube. The path-retaining member is a long member which is die-moulded in such a way as to retain a shape in which at least part of the path-retaining member is curved in the lengthwise direction thereof, and the path-retaining member is attached to the corrugated tube in the lengthwise direction thereof.
