HEALD Borematics, for which Alfred Herbert, of Coventry, are the agents, were first introduced in this country in 1931. They had been in use for some time in the United States and had proved to be very popular, especially with the automobile manufacturers who found in this method of bore finishing an economical and yet accurate way of finishing holes in cast iron and non-ferrous metals and materials.
