THE need for skilled workers in Aircraft Production is a source of continual difficulty, and a severe strain has been put on the Ministries of Labour and Aircraft Production to find suitable labour to satisfy the increased demand. It is, therefore, essential that other ways and means must be investigated to help to speed up and meet the great demand required. Improved methods of production can be utilized to a far greater extent, with the object of reducing the amount of labour required, and there is a tremendous scope in the production of aircraft component parts, particularly in connection with the welding processes and the adaptation of “Sifbronzing.”
