AbstractPart I of this paper considered the development of a two-surface solar controller to stabilize the spacecraft along any arbitrary inertial orientation. In Part II, the capability of the controller is extended to achieve large-angle attitude maneuvers of the spacecraft. A sequential application of the control policies enables the controller to accomplish any desired change in the spacecraft attitude followed by its stabilization along the target orientation.
