AbstractThe paper presents an analysis of radiophysical effects at signal propagation from global navigation satellite systems and shows the possibility and expediency to create global monitoring system of the Earth gravitational field in the framework of solving the inverse problem of radio waves propagation using the effect of gravitational shift in electromagnetic radiation frequency.
