AbstractAn international conference on orbital debris was held on April 16–19, 1990, Baltimore, Maryland. Topics of the conference included the implications of orbital debris for space flight, orbital debris measurements, modeling of the orbital debris environment, and methods to reduce the growth of the orbital debris population. Significant results from this meeting will be summarized
