Abstract Twenty five candidate events were detected by PHEBUS BGO crystal scintillator experiment during first half of the year of operation of the GRANAT satellite. We discuss the list of GRB candidate events detected, as well as fine time structure of the short (shorter then 1 second) events. We show evidence of existence of 10 millisecond outbursts at time histories of the short events.
