Abstract A software package called TRACKER II, designed for extracting ice motion from sequences of a variety of types of satellite or airborne imagery, is described and sample results are shown. The algorithm is based on the original TRACKER software developed by the Canadian Radarsat project, with extensive improvements designed to give faster and more reliable results under a wider range of conditions.
