Convergent solution for clamped parallelogrammic panels subjected to uniform lateral pressure is found by means of power series and Galerkin's technique; results for center deflections and maximum moments at center and along edges are presented; tests are carried out on four aluminum-alloy panels to substantiate and verify theory; applicability to aircraft wings.
