H-type engines with 24-cyl, each of 3 13/16 in. bore and 3 3/4 in. stroke, in four rows of six each, arranged in two vertically opposed pairs, all on common crankcase; normal bhp of Dagger II is 670 to 605 at 5500 rpm at 10,000 ft, and of Dagger III, 700 to 725 at 3500 rpm at 3500 ft.
