Rocket propelled research model was flown in tests at Langley Research Station; local Reynolds numbers based on body length to measurement station varied from 2×106 to 138× 106; local Stanton numbers obtained for each section of body are compared with theoretical values; recovery factors, transition Reynolds numbers, and some heat transfer data at angle of attack.
