Tanker of 18,045 tons dw was built by Blythswood Shipbuilding Co for Jacobs and Partners Ltd, and is on extended charter to Admiralty; length bp 535 ft, breadth molded 71 ft 8 in., depth molded 39 ft, draft 30 ft 1/2 in.; cargo oil is carried in nine center tanks and nine tanks to port and starboard; 6-cyl Doxford engine is designed for operation on heavy oil and has max power output of about 8800 bhp.
