Study made to explore use of interference pressures to reduce afterbody drag of missile or airplane and effect of important variables such as jet-exit pressure ratio, nacelle position relative to afterbody, afterbody shape, and angle of attack; results show trends in axial-force variation with above variables near conditions for maximum jet-afterbody interference.
