Solution of over-ocean plane traffic lies in construction of seadromes; Armstrong system of seadromes; four stations required on 3600 mile-route; eight-station system; automatic lighting-equipment and radio apparatus on refuge stations will insure night illumination of ocean airways; surface craft of sea-sled type, capable of sea speed of 30 knots, maintained at each seadrome for patrol and rescue work; weather station.
