General scheme of Command Exercises, beginning at 18 o'clock on Aug. 13 and ending at 23 o'clock on Aug. 16, with official record; main object was to test operational efficiency of individual units and not to test efficiency of air defence of London; officers commanding squadrons were allowed more latitude this year.
