De luxe seats, better light, smaller wheels, and ramps replacing vestibule steps are some of improvements; four of cars are of combination steel and wood construction and were built by Kuhlman Car Co.; remaining five are of all-steel construction and were purchased from Cincinnati Car Co.; wood and steel cars as reconstructed weigh 24 tons; all-steel cars weigh 25 tons; cars have total seating capacity of 56; artificial illumination is given by two rows of eight Ivanhoe units, located directly over seats.
