By remodeling and rebuilding Brill 27-G trucks Grand Rapids Railway, Grand Rapids, Mich., has decreased troubles in service and eliminated excessive noise; worn frames were built by welding; pedestal jaws were strengthened and new type journal box with longer bearing was installed.
