Effort of current detonation studies is concerned with development of wave, its stability, and structure; review consists of 3 corresponding parts, each written, respectively, by one of authors in different country, thus giving subject matter elucidation from different points of view; because of significance to process of combustion in rocket thrust chamber, scope is restricted to gaseous phase; application to rocketry.
