Summary of results of propellant sensitivity studies at Naval Ordnance Laboratory; use of gap and other small scale test results to help answer safety questions is emphasized; measured initiating pressures are highest near critical diameter of test material and decrease to their lowest value at effectively infinite acceptor diameter; confinement of standardized gap test increases effective acceptor by about 2.5 times for Composition B.
